Tai Hang has a lot of new restaurants opened and lots of them were out of business. I was born and raised in Tai Hang, i personally believe the restaurants are over charged customers. This restaurant has been opened for nearly one year but it was the 1st time I tried and the food and wine were not outstanding at all. 

The red wine was about $350, light and unmature red wine. The seafood risotto was not tasty. 

Fish and chips were better than the risotto.

I always enjoy to hang out in Tai Hang on Sunday afternoon. After enjoying the 順興茶檔滑蛋叉燒飯， I need a nice cup of coffee to finish up my ideal Sunday lunch. This is a new coffee shop where the shop is very small and warm atmosphere. The coffee menu is simple and clear. I wonder is this coffee part of N1 Coffee & Co. that I visit almost every day in TST. 

There were 2 guys to make coffee with friendly attitude. I ordered a cup of cappuccino, $35, add $10 to have a lemon muffin.

順興茶檔

順興茶檔開業數十載，我小時候父帶我來順興食車仔麵作早餐，豬皮，豬紅，魚蛋，牛什加油麵，五元。現今從訪此地，以炸豬排聞名。炸豬排表層塗上蜜糖，入口不覺油膩，微甜，豬排肉質鬆軟，厚薄適中，配煎太陽蛋，秘製豉油汁和白飯，好好食，連凍奶茶共48元。下次來吃叉燒滑蛋飯。

今時今日此茶檔比起我小時侯清潔多了。

I found a new desert trend getting popular in Tai Hang that are ice-cream sundae and waffle. This cafe is new on To Law Wan Road, across street from Chinese Recreation Club, Hong Kong 中華遊樂會。They also offer rice and noodles for meal. This cafe is so small that only has 15 seats. 

抹茶之戀，$42。Green Tea ice-cream, mochi, cream. it is very sweet.

Not good western food, Social House

My brother and I tried this restaurant and had a little bit expectation by the price. We ordered steam musscles but they were not fresh and requested to change to duck breast. However, the duck breast was not that tasty and very small portion. We also ordered grilled tuna salad, very small portion and the veggi was so little. The grilled lamb meat was tough. The cost was $420. Too expensive and not tasty. Disappointed.

每一次踏足大坑便萌生回家的温暖感。今天天氣不好，下雨的不盡情，下班前正想着怎樣使纳悶天氣中放鬆心情。到了銅鑼灣便想着家鄉「大坑」。我致電西班牙火腿店 Fresh Gourmet老闆之一Arnold，問他可否在他店吃晚飯，喝紅酒 。他道我來得合時因他要回家吃飯聚家庭樂，只有榮老闆在店當值。我帶着興奮心情回家。我買了鄭記潮州打冷店的牛什到西班牙火腿店 Fresh Gourmet，Arnold 正準備回家，榮老闆準備接更。榮老闆見到我的牛什，喜出望外，請我喝西班牙紅酒配牛什，談天說地，望着途人路過而被他們的好奇眼光吸引着，進店認識西班牙火腿、歐州紅酒及芝士。好街坊鬼哥進店寒喧一會，忙着泊車不被抄牌，街尾的私房蔡老闆，蔡老闆走來寒喧一會，可能他想見我飲酒後紅粉臉兒罷。榮老闆介绍對面街新開的食店--一輝日式燒烤店，邀約我與鬼哥和街坊門幫襯一輝日式燒烤店，因大家要互相支持街坊生意。九時了，榮老闆準備打烊，我正準備把紅酒渴完，這時才客似雲來，不少客人進店買火腿和芝士。我帶着醉意地推薦紅酒，客人變成知音人很快來此地相聚。客人走了，雨停了，微風吹散濕熱天氣伴我途步回家。經過私房蔡，店外食客排隊，蔡老闆友善地與我說晚安。心情興鬆愉快地回家休息。感謝主讓我勇於追求自己的喜惡。

我喜愛寫食評，現巳不甘於寫食物之質素和味道，我向往分享食物帶給我所認識的新朋友和人情味。希望食客們除了行量食物品質和價錢外，敢於與老闆們認識，把自己的生活圈子增闊一點。

這店在大坑數十年,越夜越多食客,一邊吃潮州打冷,一邊喝啤酒,不亦樂乎.這店的牛雜味道偏淡但牛雜新鮮,九菜豬紅是我最愛,魚蛋皮頭河粉亦不錯,價錢不貴.

大坑西班牙火腿老闆告訴我：浣紗街開了一間日本拉麵，聽聞該位日本拉麵師傅在日本奪取冠軍。這挑引我的好奇心，決定必要品嘗這拉麵。店內只有＋數張圓高椅，不適合一大顆人來吃因要分開坐。我見到狹窄的厨房，站了四男仕，日本拉麵師傅在做湯，另一位負責滚拉麵，另一位負責做辣醬，另一位負責由麵粉製成拉麵，他們全都很忙碌。

濃厚豬骨湯配軟麵，HK$78。濃厚豬骨湯很香，有點像芝麻醬。麵條很滑。叉燒軟身而且肉質厚，好吃 

味付玉子，HK$15。很貴但很好吃。

Blue Lemon Cafe & Wine Bar, not good at all!

The fish filet with green pasta, the fish filet was frozen without taste, the tomato sauce was bad and the green pasta was not fresh. This lunch set costs HK$68. I will not go back again.
