Expresso Lab

Expresso Lab, Taksim Square, Istanbul, Turkey.

I admire the young coffee lovers have the guts to choose the finest coffee beans and roast the beans and open this popular coffee shop by themselves. A cup of coffee price is the same as the world largest coffee shop chain which is an expensive coffee for local people.
I tried their fresh brew ice dripped coffee for 10TL about HK$28. The ice dripped coffee was strong and pure taste because it was a single origin coffee bean, not blended coffee beans. The aroma of coffee last in my tongue for quite awhile. I also ordered chocolate cream puff to pair with the fine coffee.

Midpoint Italian Restaurant

After 7days of Turkey food, I finally found the Italian restaurant in Nasanti high end shopping area. The restaurant was modern with patio for smokers.

A glass of house white wine, made in Turkey. It tasted similar to Chadonney.
My favourite seafood risotto. Seafood are calamaris, shrimps, mussels. The chef put some sun-dried tomatoes to add more favor. I finished it all.
