甘香排骨飯，HK$45。排骨煎後都是硬，還未找到一家餐廳可以做到鬆化煎排骨(豬排).。

One of my favourite Japanese restaurant because they have more cooked Japanese food than the sashimi. The seasonal sashimi were very fresh too. 

池魚 and 金目魚，so fresh and delicious. 

HAL roll, it has eel, crab meat and veggies wrapped together, I like it. 

One of the best homemade apple tart I ever had. I am surprised Japanese restaurant offer such good apple tart!

Japanese cheese cake, less sweet than the American one.
