CUCINA is on Level 6 of the Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel. It is open daily from 12noon to 3:00pm for lunch, from 3:00pm - 5:30pm for afternoon tea, and from 6:00pm to 1:00am for dinner.For happy hour from 6:00pm to 8:00pm daily, enjoy two-for-one drinks.Wi-Fi Internet Service is available for guests.

It was my brother's birthday dinner. I chose this restaurant because of the nice view of the TST harbour. We ordered lobster pasta, seafood pot and veal. The dishes were big portion but they were very heavy. We could not finish everything. The veal was good, juicy and tender. I think the seafood pot was not too good because of the seafood was not fresh. I had 25%discount and $200 cash coupon, after all the discount, it was $850.

Cucina, great harbour view

The sea beaum was very delicious. I like how they steam cook the fish in chinese cooking style. When the waiter served the fish for me, he also took off the fish skin for me. The orange sauce was made by chicken brooth and orange juice. This was the first time I tried steam fish without soy sauce.
My cocktail drink looked lovey in light yellow color. I forgot what was in there, but it tasted sweet, very refreshing in the summer.
