美心集團旗下的中菜，主要吃鴨及港式北方菜。賣相吸引但味道一般。我與兩位美國好友到此吃午飯，不設訂位，幸好我們在12:15中午時到達，未滿座。This Maxim Group chinese restaurant is located 

inside the Tsim Sha Tsui Gateway shopping centre 3rd floor, shop3319. 

I took 2 of my US friends to there for lunch. no reservation, first come first serve. We arrived there at 12:15pm where was half empty. All the food looked good but the taste was disappointed. I would not come back.

金華火腿津白，獻汁太濃

焗芋頭鴨，味道不錯但很重味道

黑椒雞柳，味道正常

小籠包，味道不錯
