I was having an afternoon cake set here. Apple crumble and black coffee, $72. The black coffee tasted bitter, i needed to add milk and sugar to drink it. The apple crumble was delicious. The coffee barista needs to improve the coffee making skills.

Hi Christina, thanks for your honest feedback. We are sorry that your coffee was not up to standard today - but we're glad you enjoyed our home made crumble. I'm not sure exactly what day you tried this or which blend you tried today, but our coffee should NOT be overly bitter as that is indeed a sign the coffee might not have been brewed correctly. We will investigate and reticfy this.I hope that you will come back again, and we can make it up to you.
