梅酒浸雞翼
高太教如何用酒浸雞翼可以更入味。
食材: 雞翼一磅
鹽
梅酒/花鵰酒/玫瑰露
先用鹽醃雞翼十 分鐘
雞翼氽水至半熟
半熟雞翼用三湯匙梅酒浸
用保鮮紙封好放入雪櫃冷藏至第二日
浸了兩日醉雞翼可放在鑊中隔水蒸中火二+分鐘
蒸熟後倒走雞油
再倒半碗梅酒,待冷,慢用
