Cafe Habitu group has opened a few The Coffee Academic in Causeway Bay and Wanchai. My friend and I were looking for an afternoon coffee in Wanchai. We found this newly opened The Coffee Academic next to Fok Lan Moon 福臨門。It was filled with customers. We set at the bar for quick coffee drinks. The coffee shop interior design is nice. However, the prices of coffee are pretty expensive. I ordered a small cup of Latte which costed $48 and muffin costed $24. My friend ordered a small cup of Machiatto was $48. The total was over $100. Honestly, my Latte was that good which their coffee beans was just regular Africa coffee beans. I believe their coffee makers are good but the quality of the coffee is just normal. I will visit small local coffee shops for high quality of coffee with reasonable price.
