Homemade salmon
第一次試吃秋葵,秋葵是一種十分有益蔬菜但不易吃。先將秋葵切去頭,洗淨。水滾後放入秋葵煮五分鐘,上碟。可用黑醋配吃。
鮮三文魚放入平底鑊煎兩面,每面约三分鐘。可用Rosemary調味 ,真的很鮮甜,好吃!
