I was so lucky last night to enjoy this great wine. 2004 Reserve De La Comtesse, Pauillac, Produce of France. This bottle of wine was opened for about 20mins, the frangance was so good that similar to be attracted by a good perfume from an attractive lady. I could not control myself to take deep breath to enjoy the smell of this good wine. I took my first sip after it was opened for about 30mins. The body of wine was so gentle. The after taste was not strong but I could feel the wine stayed in my throat and begged for more. After 2 hours opening, this wine was still good tasting and reminded full body. Thanks to my dear friend Mr. Chong of his generous serving. I am honored to be invited to enjoy this fine wine.
