Re-opening. 
This is the 2nd time I tried this restaurant with 4 friends. We ate a lot and heavy drinker. We ordered 90% of the menu. We found the the appetizers and deserts were very outstanding. The main dish were a bit salty but I told the waiter to put less salt for the main dish and the taste was good. I enjoyed the service, nice sitting and good time with friends. 

Complimentary appertizer, Satay: beef, shrimp, chicken. I love the 3 different dips for the satay. 

Drinks: sour a la Provencale ( the best drink), Strangled Parrot, Florida Daiquiri, Ochi Spritz, pineapple juice, all complimentary from the restaurant. 

Coffin Bay oysters 6pcs, $225. Fresh oysters. 

Spanish Mackerel, $165. Same marinated Mackerel, yuzu cream, sea grapes, and notify powder. 

Australian black august Beef tenderloin, $175. Beef tartar, very fine raw beef with spicy.

Cavatelli & iberrico sausage, $215
Hand made cavatelli with argula pesto, slow cooked egg, sauteed iberrico sausage, goat cheese & escarole.

Hydroponics Lettuce, $115. 
Salad is mixed lettuce with shaved radish, avocado vine ripened tomatoes &buttermilk-herb dressing.

Rangers Valley "Black Market" Beef Filet Mignon (180g), $395. Josper grilled beef tenderloin with variation of broccoli, Stilton leek ash & spiced port wine. 

Milk-Fed Dutch Veal Chop, $365, the pork was tender and crispy. Milanese style breaded veal chop with heirloom tomato salad, stracciatella di bufala & pine nut pesto.

Icelandic Cod, $225. Stew of Cod fish with vongole clams, salchicha chorizo, cherry tomatoes, cranberry beans & piperade.

British native breed Lamb, $275. It was so tender and juicy. Apple wood smoked rack & breast braised in harissa with bell peppers tagine & Greek yogurt.

Chocolate & expresso, $110. 
Chocolate - coffee tartlet with banana compote, expresso ice-cream, and caramelised peanuts. 

Creamsicle, $125. 
Orange scented cheesecake with frozen vanilla mousse, orange sorbet, & candied citrus zest. The best and freshest orange desert! 

Noisette, $135.
Chocolate-hazelnut gateau with brown butter ice-cream. 




Strawberry, fresh strawberries vanilla shortcake, candled almonds, white chocolate parfait, and rose champagne- strawberry consommé.
