I love to eat japanese pork filet with rice. I have been to different Japanese restaurants to try Pork filet with rice. Some restaurant made the pork very tough and thin, some of them made the pork and egg saurce too sticky. This Japanese chef deep the 1inch thick raw pork into egg and flour saurce slightly. Then deep fried the pork until it is tender but not over cooked. The pork was so juicy and crispy but not oilly. One of my favourite dish!
Total $180.
They also serve sushi and othe japanese food.
