Steam egg

Egg is a simple ingredient but can cook in many different ways. I would like to share this simple steam egg receipe with you for busy and lazy people like me to have a healthy meal. 

Ingredients: one egg, 1/2 tea spoon of olive oil, little Basil, little black pepper, little sea salt or pink salt. 
Put 1/2 tea spoon of olive oil into a small bowl

pour egg into the little bowl
Add little Basil into the raw egg for great fragrance

add some sea salt or pink salt and black pepper into the raw egg. I added this fine salt from Japan, which has light plum favor in the salt. 

Cover up the little bowl to avoid the steam water goes inside the egg. Steam it together with still water by using high temperture, when the water starts to boild then turn to low temperture to steam for 5 mins. 

done! The best favor of Basil and salt! The egg yolk was just right, not over cooked.
