Golden Thai Seafood Restaurant

We did not follow the tour for dinner on the last day of the Penang trip. We asked the hotel representative on how to take bus to the most popular night market and seafood restaurant. The representative was very helpful to give us instruction to take bus 101 from our hotel to Batau Ferringhi night market to have seafood. It was only MYR$2 to take bus each person. If we take taxi to there, it would be MYR$15 one way. We rode on the bus to the Batau Ferringhi night market and dine at the most popular seafood restaurant The Golden Thai Restaurant. This restaurant was so big and had many different seafood tanks for all fresh seafood. The price was not cheap at all. We asked a Chinese speaking waiter to order seafood for us. We ordered big shrimps, clams and vegetable. The shrimps were very fresh and delicious. The stri-fried clams was very spicy. The 瀨尿蝦 was very good but pretty expensive. The stri-fried beef and vegetable were pretty tasty but a bit spicy because they use Thai cooking recipe. Total price MYR$271. We enjoyed this meal very much as we sitted next to the beach.
