Homemade 大眼雞

I went home after work without delay. I went to the market near my home to buy food for dinner. The market was closing at 6:30pm but I was lucky to buy a fresh fish 大眼雞for only $28. Then I went to the vegetable stall to but 通菜 for $10. This was the first time I cooked fish. I was nervous when I tried to clean the fish. I put green onion and ginger into the fish to get away the fish smell. I tried to pan fried the fish but I was so scared of the hot oil and used the wok cover to protect myself. Finally, the fish was cooked in 10mins. Then I made the 蝦醬炒通菜, that was easy to cook. I will put red pepper into the vegetable for more favor next time. Li Chee season is here, $36.
