I read a food magazine in Hong Kong which talked about this private Japanese kitchen in Central, Hong Kong. The Japanese chef used to open a Japanese restaurant with his wife in LKF for 30+ years. The couple is now retired and spends a lot of time in Japan. I want to take my family to try this traditional Japanese food. I could only made reservation by email only and left my phone# in the email to hope that the chef would let us try his good cooking. I waited for 4 days and received Mrs Chef to call me and confirmed my reservation on April 30th, 7pm, table of 5 people. It was $700 per person with 8 dishes. The chef creates the seasonal menu for you. I reminded my family to be there on time and enjoy this delicious fining dinner. I love the atmosphere of family gathering. The chef worked at his kitchen quietly and happily. Mrs Chef described each dish with us in Cantonese because she is from Hong Kong.
my friend bought this good sake for me from Tokyo, Japan.
