多謝弟婦父母在北海道旅行時不忘揀選限量版純米大吟嚷清酒給我, 因我嗜愛美酒. 這清酒可以凍飲, 很香米酒味, 入囗清純, 酒發出輕淡酒香, 除了配日本料理外, 還可配港式火鍋. 今年的意外收獲.

Thank you Sister in law parents who bought a limited edition Japanese Sake for me as gift. This sake was made from Hokkaido, Japan and only for Spring time. The taste of the sake is light and good frequency of rice. It is a good pairing with sashimi, Geoduck sashimi and Hong Jong style hotpot. I usually enjoy cold sake.
